Will AirBuds fit my ears?
AirBuds fit-all foam tips do just that: Fit All! We have used precision technology to design an earpiece that will fit virtually any ear canal as comfortably as possible. Simply squeeze the tips of AirBuds before placing inside the ear canal and allow them to expand to fill your inner-ear. If you are still not satisfied with the fit of your AirBuds after 30 days, send them back for a full refund.

What devices are AirBuds compatible with?
AirBuds have been tested on the majority of popular smartphones and listening devices and are completely compatible. This includes the Apple, Blackberry and Android platforms and gadgets. We are constantly checking compatibility of new devices and update our product as needed. Please rest assured that if there is any issue we will make sure to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Are AirBuds as effective as ear plugs?
In certain situations, yes! AirBuds utilize some of the same technology as standard earplugs to make sure desired sound stays in the ear and undesired sound is kept out. AirBuds can be just as effective as earplugs in loud situations and allow users to stay connected to their phone or audio listening device. AirBuds are not for medical use and should not be used in exchange for doctor prescribed devices.

My tips are dirty, can I wash them?
Yes, but take them off of the AirBuds first. Just remove the tips from the AirBuds, run them under warm water, squeeze them out, and let them dry. It is as simple as that!

Are AirBuds comfortable to sleep with?
Yes, AirBuds are comfortable to sleep with and can help users sleep in loud environments. Because of our extremely comfortable fit-all foam tips, AirBuds are a great replacement for regular headphones worn during sleep. Also, AirBuds keep audio inside of the ear canal so others around you won't be bothered by escaping sound.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia directly from our website. We are more than happy to ship packages anywhere in the world as long as shipping costs are covered. If you would like to place an international order to a country other than the ones mentioned above, please use our contact form and send us your address for a shipping quote. One of our customer service representatives will contact you within 24 hours.

Are AirBuds guaranteed?
Yes, AirBuds are guaranteed to be the most comfortable earbuds you own. If you are not satisfied with the comfort level of our earbuds please send them back for a full refund (within 30 days). If you are having any issues whatsoever, we encourage you to contact us and our personable customer service representatives will help you get a replacement as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?
Although every product is tested before leaving our warehouse, if AirBuds are damaged or not working on arrival, they will be replaced free of charge. Also, if you have any issues with the product whatsoever, please contact us, and we will do our best to get you a working pair as soon as possible.

Any unused products can be sent back for a full refund within 30 days of purchasing. Customer is responsible for shipping back to our warehouse.
